创业知识的理论来源、内涵界定及其获取模型构建

摘要
在知识经济背景下,创业知识对新企业创建及成长发挥着重要作用。然而关于创业知识的研究仍处于起步阶段,创业知识的理论来源、内涵及如何获取创业知识等方面的研究尚不完善。本文通过对已有相关文献进行系统整理,梳理了创业知识的理论来源、概念及内涵,发现创业知识来源于资源基础观,并且学者们主要从创业要素和具体职能角度来理解创业知识的内涵。随后,本文从动态视角出发,结合创业学习相关研究,探讨了新企业不同发展阶段下创业知识的动态变革过程,发现新企业在创业动机阶段、创建阶段及成长阶段所需的创业知识存在较大差异,需要采取不同的知识源和创业学习方式加以获取,从而指导创业者在不同发展阶段灵活地运用相应的学习方式以获取创业知识并成功创建新企业。
