摘要
自我效能概念最早由Bandura提出,他把自我效能定义为个体对自身能力的主观认知。创业自我效能概念是在自我效能概念延伸到创业研究领域以后产生的一个新概念,近年来受到众多学者的重视。本文首先阐述了创业自我效能的相关概念,对相关研究进行了回顾和梳理,最后提出了几个未来研究值得关注的问题。
