家族企业代际传承研究的起源、演进与展望

摘要
本文在对国外该领域相关研究主题进行系统梳理的基础上,初步构建了一个关于家族企业代际传承研究的整合框架,并结合我国家族企业发展的特殊背景与现实状况,对国内该研究领域未来的发展趋势进行了展望,以期对国内的相关研究提供思路借鉴。
