组织适应性驱动因素探析

摘要
组织适应性是组织调整自身战略及管理系统以适应环境变化的学习与变革能力。本文对国外相关文献进行了系统梳理,发现组织适应性驱动因素研究主要集中在环境适应观、战略适应观和系统动力观三方面;然后对这三种观点进行了评介,总结了它们之间的共同点;最后指出了这些理论观点的融合趋势。
