国外商业模式理论研究评介

摘要
国外商业模式研究已经取得了一些很有价值的成果,但仍很不成熟。本文从商业模式的概念本质、体系构成、评估手段和变革过程等方面评介了国外商业模式研究已经取得的成果,并对未来的研究进行了展望。
