摘要
本文认为,德鲁克的人本主义强调人本主义精神是寓于科学精神之中的。德鲁克的人本主义范式基于对人性与效率问题的深刻理解,使我们获得了一种认识社会、组织及其管理和人生的新视域,使管理学获得了后现代的人文情怀和审美意识。
