摘要
从家族企业作为一个独立的研究领域诞生伊始,传承问题就成为学者们热衷的主题。本文从传承结果的评价、传承过程综合理论模型的构建以及“现象变量”的剖析等三个方面对国外家族企业代际传承理论研究近年来的重要进展进行了系统的梳理,并对未来可能的发展趋势进行了展望。
