决策权配置的界定与测量

摘要
决策权配置是组织结构的重要特性,也是组织结构设计的核心内容之一。本文首先从多个维度回顾了决策权配置的界定,包括权力等级、权力集聚和参与决策,以及决策权在层级之间的纵向分配和在组织单元之间的横向分配;接着分别介绍了决策权纵向分配和横向分配的基本测量思路,以期为组织管理者灵活多样地设置组织内的决策权结构提供理论基础;最后对未来亟待研究的一些问题进行了展望。
