摘要
随着经济全球化的深入发展,以及团队工作方式的流行和普及,组织构成多样性问题日益受到学术界和实务部门的关注。本文从组织多样性的含义、多样性研究的理论基础和主要视角,以及多样性对组织产出的影响等几个方面系统阐述了国外的相关研究成果,并对研究现状所存在的缺陷及未来研究的趋势进行了简要评述。
