摘要
企业家的创新能力一直被认为是企业成长的必要条件。其实 ,企业家主导下的组织认知一致性才是企业持续成长的关键 ,不同的企业家能力数量和质量导致了不同的组织阶段演替模式。我国家族企业要实现持续成长 ,必须突破管理资源的瓶颈和根据企业家能力特质进行组织演替 ,组织体制的多样化仍将继续存在
