企业的社会责任问题导致了利益相关者管理的产生和发展 ,利益相关者管理对企业绩效有重要影响 ,已成为现代企业成功的重要因素。员工是企业最重要的利益相关者 ,现代企业必须树立“以员工为中心”的管理理念。
