本文概述了传统价值链思想的产生背景,对价值链思想的发展和改进、信息技术、因特网和电子商业带来的影响,虚拟价值链和价值网概念的形成,价值链管理和优化等有关价值链的研究,进行了较为深入的综述,并着重分析了现有研究存在的问题与不足,对深入研究进行了展望。
