3698供应链中断风险的加剧会对企业行为重塑产生重大影响。基于风险传递理论，本文利用2011—2021年上市企业数据讨论供应链中断风险对企业ESG（环境、社会和公司治理）伪善行为的影响及相关机制。研究发现，当供应链中断风险上升时，企业ESG伪善行为随之增加。风险传递路径分析显示，供应链中断风险较高的企业供需协调成本高昂、资金链不稳定和创新效率低下，因此更可能采取ESG伪善行为。进一步地，提升企业在全球价值链中的地位（“强链”）能够有效抑制供应链中断风险引发的ESG伪善行为；相反，提高全球价值链参与度、拓展在全球价值链中的活动足迹（“延链”）则可能加剧企业在面对中断风险时的ESG伪善倾向。此外，外因型中断风险对企业ESG伪善行为的影响更大，下游客户带来的中断风险对上游供应商伪善行为的影响更明显。本文不仅丰富了企业ESG行为退化的动因研究，拓展了风险传递理论的应用边界，还为构建更具责任性的ESG治理体系提供了理论支撑与实践启示。
