战略管理领域越来越多的研究关注于CEO个性探析,考察CEO个性对企业战略决策与经营绩效的影响。本文对国外这个热点研究领域进行了系统地回顾与综述,首先对CEO个性与战略研究的起源进行了回顾,然后重点综述了最近十年这一领域的研究进展,最后对该领域的未来发展方向进行了展望。本研究综述有助于学者掌握CEO个性与战略研究的发展脉络,并为今后的研究提供新的线索。
