管理学百年发展回顾与未来研究展望——暨纪念泰罗制诞生100周年

摘要
科学管理理论的创立标志着管理学成为了一门独立的学科。管理学发展至今恰满100周年,我们应约撰写这篇文章,权作对泰罗制诞生100周年的纪念。本文首先论述了泰罗的科学管理理论对于管理学发展的奠基性作用,然后阐述了管理学发展所经历的工厂管理、组织管理和组织间管理阶段,接着从管理理论发展的角度总结了管理学研究的内在规律,最后对未来的管理学研究进行了简要展望。
