摘要
本文认为,管理学一直强调把科学性与人性这两种基本的追求联系在一起。但管理学的两极又始终同时存在。在一定时期,这两极是相互排斥的。这种内在冲突在管理学有不同于其他学科的基因和生存条件,“分离的管理学”是一个基本的事实。
