基于镜像假设的技术与组织匹配问题研究

摘要
镜像假设作为一种解释技术与组织之间匹配关系的理论,近几年开始广受西方学者的关注。本文首先回顾了已有镜像假设研究,认为主流文献始终没有深入到镜像内部解构镜像关系;然后分析了技术与组织之间的镜像要素,并认为耦合、协调与创新是技术与组织镜像的基本要素;进而基于这三种镜像要素对技术模块化与组织模块化之间的镜像关系进行了深入探讨,在此基础上提出了若干理论命题,希望能对深化镜像理论研究有所助益,并为实证研究打下基础。
