质量管理—企业绩效关系模型研究述评与展望

摘要
质量管理—企业绩效关系模型一直是质量管理理论研究领域的一个重要课题。本文首先明确了质量管理!企业绩效关系模型的理论基础,这是开展相关实证研究的前提,然后梳理和总结了实证研究中的相关变量、方法和结果,最后分析了现有研究中的不足并指出了未来研究方向。
