创业型领导是创业精神和领导力融合的领导方式,是组织应对不确定的环境、获取可持续发展竞争力的重要驱动因素。对创业机会的有效识别和开发是创业型领导的主要特征。以往研究常将创业和领导力分开讨论,直到近些年学者们才逐渐意识到将两者融合的重要性。本文通过文献梳理,在分析了创业型领导研究起源与概念内涵的基础上,将其与其他领导类型进行了比较,并围绕创业型领导的测量工具、影响因素与影响效应等内容进行了述评,以厘清相关问题,并提出整合分析框架,从而为进一步的深入研究提供支撑。
