顾客心理所有权指消费者将企业、品牌、产品、服务等目标物或其一部分视为“自己的”的一种心理状态,强调顾客对与消费有关的目标物的拥有感。顾客心理所有权超越了实际所有权,被认为是致使禀赋效应发生的根本原因,会影响顾客的产品价值评价与购买意愿;它同时代表了顾客关系发展的终极形式,连接着稳定性最强和盈利性最高的顾客,对顾客忠诚和顾客公民行为都有重要影响。本文对国内外有关顾客心理所有权的文献进行了梳理,从顾客心理所有权的概念、起源和测量、影响因素、影响效应等方面对现有研究成果进行了系统回顾和述评,并对顾客心理所有权在顾客定制、B2B顾客关系、本土品牌、广告等研究领域的未来应用方向进行了展望。
