摘要

以往关于创业活动绩效影响因素的研究一直存在诸多分歧。以62项实证研究（104个独立样本）为对象，采用Meta分析技术全面考察了创业者个体特质与创业绩效之间的影响机制问题，其中，本文主要从创业精神、社会资本和学习能力三个维度来刻画创业者个体特质，并从成长绩效和生存绩效两个方面来衡量创业有效性，同时检验了创业者文化情境与创业环境对创业者与创业绩效之间作用关系的调节作用。研究发现，创业者的社会资本对企业成长绩效具有显著的促进作用，而学习能力则显著提升企业生存绩效。另外，文化情境和创业环境对于创业者的社会资本、学习能力与创业绩效之间都起到了正向调节作用。研究结果对于全面、深入认识影响创业活动有效性的前因机制具有重要的启发意义。
