数字技术深刻地重塑了发现和利用机会的方式,利用数字力量加快社会创业发展是创业研究前沿。数字社会创业是以解决复杂社会问题为使命,将数字技术与社会创业相融合,推动社会创业机会、资源、治理和价值测量的数字化,从而更有效实现混合价值的新型创业活动。相较社会创业和数字创业,数字社会创业具有社会问题对接智能化、社会问题响应实时化、社会价值可视化以及社会创业增长指数化等核心特征。本文首次构建了包含数字社会创业内涵、过程要素及其运行机制的研究框架。该框架认为数字社会创业由数字社会创业者、数字社会公民、数字社会创业平台以及数字社会创业治理四个要素组成,形成了机会—资源智能一体化、赋能—规制孪生化、混合价值共创化和社会影响力规模化等独特运行机制。数字社会创业运行过程本质是社会创业者借助数字化手段主动进行混合价值创造,数字社会公民自下而上参与价值扩散,数字社会创业平台推动价值共享与治理完善的价值提升过程。未来数字社会创业研究迫切需要在混合价值逻辑和数字技术视域下构建整体化、情景化、问题化和情感化的研究新范式。本文研究扩展了社会创业和数字创业的研究内涵,对于推动社会创业的数字化应用也具有重要现实价值。
