组织合法性是创业组织在元宇宙中生存发展和获取创业资源的关键基石,然而元宇宙由于其去中心化等属性,颠覆了传统组织合法性评价者群体间身份多样性和合法性门槛单一动态性的基础假设,使得现有研究难以解释元宇宙情境中创业组织在合法性获取与管理方面面临的新的复杂挑战。本研究通过对元宇宙创业组织Spaceboo克服组织合法性困境这一典型案例进行剖析,探究“元宇宙颠覆性特征如何影响创业组织合法性获取与管理”这一核心问题,总结了元宇宙特征要素与组织合法性挑战对应关系,提炼出合法性门槛提升、合法性获取困难、合法性特征补缺、合法性特征丰富、合法性变化评估、合法性身份调整、合法性价值主张7个理论维度,构建出“合法性缺失情境—合法性获取策略—合法性稳定管理”三阶段元宇宙创业组织合法性获取与管理机制模型,阐述了元宇宙创业组织克服合法性挑战的内在逻辑,强调由合法性门槛时空动态性和评价主体身份复杂性带来的以创业组织和用户社区为首要主体的合法性获取过程中的权变关系。
