6889创业领域对创业认知的关注正逐渐深化为对创业认知能力的探索，但对其概念的研究尚处于起步阶段。本文在梳理认知能力、创业能力和创业认知等相关概念的基础上，提出了创业认知能力的定义，探究了创业认知能力的理论基础，并根据现有研究归纳了其影响因素及作用结果，指出了未来应该重视创业情境的分类、深化创业认知能力维度构成研究、开发本土化的创业认知能力测量工具并逐步开展实证研究和跨文化对比研究。本文推进了创业认知研究的发展，奠定了创业认知能力研究的基础，为国内学者把握创业认知能力的研究脉络和未来研究思路提供了重要参考。
