本文基于烙印理论,以2004—2016年间二代担任董事、监理和高级管理人员的中国上市家族企业为样本,实证分析二代的成长经历对家族企业组合创业的影响,并探讨行业景气度对两者关系的作用。研究发现:拥有童年时期目睹父辈创业的经历、海外留学经历和家族企业外工作经历的二代会促进家族企业进行组合创业;同时,行业景气度越低,拥有上述经历的二代越会推动家族企业进行组合创业。研究表明二代的成长经历会对其创业决策产生“烙印效应”,而且这种“烙印效应”的强度会随着环境的变化而变化。研究结论为家族企业组合创业提供了新的动因,对家族企业代际传承和创业研究具有重要贡献。
