作为数字技术集成应用的最新成果,元宇宙为企业价值创造提供了全新场景,为商业模式创新打开了巨大的想象空间。然而,关于元宇宙商业模式的研究刚刚起步,领域合法性的构建成为一个需要解决的基本问题。为此,本文开展如下研究工作:首先,在文献回顾的基础上,对元宇宙和元宇宙商业模式的概念与特征进行清晰界定。其次,基于数字技术与需求场景两大维度,总结元宇宙商业模式的主要类型,并结合典型实践案例进行分析。最后,引入I—P—O范式提出了一个元宇宙商业模式的研究框架,并基于此进行了研究展望。未来研究可重点关注以下话题:第一,探索元宇宙商业模式的形成机理和内在逻辑。第二,关注虚拟现实融合场景对元宇宙价值创造方式的影响。第三,考察用户在元宇宙价值创造过程中的作用与地位。第四,分析元宇宙商业模式的“双刃剑”效应。本文的研究贡献如下:第一,明确了元宇宙商业模式的基本概念,为学术对话建立统一的基础,也有助于建立本研究领域的合法性。第二,将“技术推动—需求拉动”交互模型引入元宇宙商业模式研究中,回答了元宇宙商业模式如何塑造的问题。第三,结合I—P—O范式提出了元宇宙商业模式的理论研究框架,有助于推动后续研究。第四,有助于指导元宇宙的管理和创业实践。
