创业生态圈是创业企业生存和发展的重要环境,但国内对它的认识和研究并不深入。本文通过对国内创新创业现象、西方主要地区创业活动的归纳以及对创业生态圈相关文献的回顾,提出了创业生态圈的概念,并基于共演理论和组织生态理论汇总提炼了创业生态圈的四大特征以及六大构成要素。文章总结了西方创业生态圈研究的不足,并针对性地提出了创业生态圈未来研究的方向。由于我国创业生态圈的发育仍不健全,本文对国内创新创业活动的开展和政策制定均具有重要的意义。
