摘要
本文探讨了"有前途的创业型企业"的特征和契约性质。本文指出,有前途的创业型企业是以创业者为主导建立的,它以人力资本为核心资源,在创业者处理决策信息的过程中履行创造市场的主要职能。可以说,有前途的创业型企业是创业者在不确定决策情境下,为了解决特殊的交易问题而建立的一种具有前瞻性的契约机制。
