服务科学理论研究及其面临的挑战

摘要
当前,在知识密集型服务业蓬勃发展的大背景下,服务科学研究越来越受到人们的关注。本文对当前服务科学的主要研究成果进行了较为系统的梳理(内容涉及服务科学的内涵、研究范畴和研究方法等),并且讨论了服务科学发展所面临的种种挑战。
