国外全球领导力研究前沿探析

摘要
在新一轮的全球化进程中,对于尚处于全球化门槛上的中国企业而言,培养全球领导者尤为重要。本文对国外全球领导力的研究流派及全球领导者的任务、能力和培养等方面的研究进行了综述,最后提出了目前全球领导力研究存在的问题,并对后续研究进行了展望。
