摘要
本文从法律协调的角度探讨了世界贸易组织、巴塞尔委员会、欧盟等国际或区域组织在金融监管合作协调中的实践,并对其金融监管法律协调的方式、原则等进行了评价,以供我国金融监管全球化或区域化协调借鉴。
①十国集团实际上是11国,瑞士于1964年加入,但该组织名称不变,其成员包括比利时、加拿大、法国、德国、意大利、日本、荷兰、瑞典、英国、美国和瑞士。
