教练辅导和导师指导正日益成为发达国家领导力开发的主要途径和研究热点。本文分析了教练辅导和导师指导的内涵、作用、过程模型及其与领导力相关因素的关系,并对它们的发展进行了评价,以供广大重视领导力问题的人士参考。
