摘要
索尼公司是日本公司中较早具有国际化倾向和变革精神的企业。从2003年起,索尼公司实行董事会委员会制度,开始了新的公司治理变革。2005年,索尼公司颇有创举地聘用美国人斯特林格担任公司董事长兼CEO。索尼的实践表明,国际化经营需要适应国际化的、持续的公司治理变革。
