摘要
近年来,西方企业管理学界越来越重视员工福利满意度理论研究,因为员工的福利满意度会直接影响他们的工作态度、工作行为与企业经营管理工作的效果。本文概述了西方企业员工福利满意度理论研究的现状,并根据组织公平理论和双因素理论,探讨福利管理决策公平与不同类型的福利对员工满意度的影响,最后为我国企业加强福利管理工作提出了若干建议。
