摘要
组织同一性理论引起了许多西方管理学和组织学研究者的兴趣 ,已经成为前沿性管理学研究课题。本文阐述了组织同一性的内涵 ,对组织同一性理论的内容及其相关研究进行了考察 ,并指出了现有研究存在的问题 ,最后提出了深入研究的思路。
