模块化组织治理问题研究

摘要
本文首先分析了模块化组织的主体、规则和知识三要素;在此基础上探讨了模块化组织的治理要义,认为模块化组织治理的实质是网络治理,需解决的核心问题是权力和效率,并据此提出了三个关键转变:价值背离下的主体互益共生、契约困境下的规则传承演化、复杂性大灾难下的知识吸收与重构;最后构建了模块化组织治理机制模型,并指出模块化组织治理必须以核心企业权威为基础建立共同的产权结构,推行以主导设计和参与设计为手段的规则模块化以及以产权知识核和联合智库为实现形式的知识结构化。
