信息技术对服务企业组织敏捷性影响的实证研究

摘要
本文以117家知识密集型服务企业为样本,实证研究了IT资产、IT能力对组织敏捷性的影响,为学术界理解“IT-敏捷性”矛盾提供了新的思路。研究结果表明,IT资产(除IT资产规模)和IT能力对服务企业组织敏捷性有直接正向影响,同时IT能力对IT资产与组织敏捷性之间的关系有积极调节效应。文章为服务企业如何利用信息技术提升组织敏捷性提供了管理建议。
