工作身份转变指旧工作身份丧失与新工作身份获得的过程或结果。在无边界职业生涯环境中,工作身份转变比较常见,或主动或被动,或宏观或微观,其对个人组织社会化及职业过渡的重要影响凸显了该领域的研究价值。本文全面梳理了国内外工作身份转变的过程、本质、影响因素及转变方式等方面的研究文献,从中发现:(1)工作身份转变是与工作角色、价值理念相关的自我认知、情感及行为转变过程;(2)工作身份转变的本质涉及工作身份尝试、协商与确认,工作关系转变,工作身份再平衡,以及认知转变与情感修复,而其主要方式是自我叙事;(3)影响工作身份转变的因素既有个人因素,也有工作与组织因素。未来应重点关注工作身份转变的影响结果研究、本土化研究以及研究方法的多元化等。
