员工发言(建言)相对于反生产行为等消极反应是员工的一种自主积极的发声行为,能为员工和组织双方多种问题的解决提供契机,从而带来多重效应,因而极具研究价值。然而,已有的研究虽然繁多但是细碎,存在思路片面狭窄、结论分歧矛盾等现象,总体上处于由于视角不同而分隔、缺乏沟通和整合的状态。本文基于员工发言的演进脉络和员工接受区等概念探究了员工发言的本质和一般化含义,突出了建言对员工的意义并提出了周边接受区概念;在此基础上述评和审视了多元劳动关系论和一元人力资源管理论两个视角下的员工发言研究(集中于发言的效应),构建了员工发言研究的整合性框架及其呈现形式的二维连续体,以期对员工发言形成更全面和深入的认识,并对未来的研究和实践有所启示。
