随着组织双元理论体系的拓展与人力资源管理理论的演进,战略人力资源管理(SHRM)与组织双元的关系逐渐受到学者们的关注。本文从结构观、情境观与动态观三个视角出发,对有关SHRM与组织双元关系的文献进行了梳理和述评,并从人力资本、员工动机、社会网络等方面对这三个视角的研究进行了较为系统的比较,最后在分析现有研究存在的主要问题的基础上,从四个方面提出了SHRM与组织双元关系的未来研究方向。
