企业通过多元化战略打破地域分割和行业封闭,是赋能国内大循环的重要内生动力。本文致力于从区域扩张和行业拓展视角探讨企业内循环战略的驱动因素,该研究结合机器学习Word2Vec算法构建高管注意力广度词库,基于注意力基础观和资源基础观视角分析高管注意力广度对企业内循环战略的影响,以及数字化水平和动态能力的调节效应。以2011—2020年中国沪深A 股上市公司的样本实证发现,高管注意力广度显著促进了企业区域扩张和行业拓展行为,从而驱动了企业内循环战略;同时,这种影响在企业数字化水平越高、动态能力越强时更为明显。拓展检验表明,高管对开辟新市场战略的关注深度与企业内循环战略之间存在先升后降的倒U形关系,该结论揭示了高管注意力过度聚焦的潜在负面影响。本文将高管注意力广度、企业内循环战略及其实施过程中的能力禀赋有机结合起来,拓展和深化了高管注意力配置与企业多元化战略的理论研究。
