4152在中国经济的对外开放过程中，以开发区为代表的地方化能力与区域发展政策对企业的国际化决策起到重要作用，有关开发区国际化效应的研究成为学者们高度关注的理论与现实问题。本文在系统梳理国内外开发区与国际化研究文献的基础上，从集聚经济理论、种群生态理论、制度理论、社会网络理论以及资源基础观等经典理论入手回顾了开发区对企业国际化影响研究的理论基础；然后通过梳理已有实证研究成果，总结开发区与企业国际化的关系以及其间存在的影响因素；再从积极与消极两个方面提炼开发区对企业国际化的作用机理；最后基于现有研究的不足，有针对性地对开发区与国际化相关领域未来的研究进行了展望。本文的研究对于完善开发区国际化效应相关文献的发展具有一定的理论意义，同时为企业国际化发展的区位选择提供有益的借鉴与启示。
