渠道冲突和纵向约束协调

摘要
随着信息技术和电子商务的发展,生产商建立网上直营渠道和实体渠道进行竞争,产生了渠道冲突。文章在单一实体渠道零售商具有价格领导权的基础上,研究了渠道冲突的产生以及生产商如何使用纵向约束契约来实现渠道冲突的协调。在单一实体销售渠道下,如果零售商具有价格领导权,那么不仅分离定价会产生“双重加价”问题,而且生产商会处于极大的劣势。生产商建立网上直营渠道会和实体渠道产生冲突,但是由于双渠道的存在会增加产品销售量,激励零售商在实体渠道努力销售产品,因此生产商仍有激励保留实体渠道。同时,生产商能够使用纵向约束来实现协调,但是由于纵向约束协议备受反垄断机构的关注,因此企业应该谨慎使用。
