谁会利用衍生产品规避企业未来发展的不确定性?文章以2013—2016年中国A股上市公司为研究对象,运用Logit和多值选择模型进行实证分析,研究CEO特征对衍生产品战略选择的影响。研究表明:企业风险管理决策蕴含管理者偏好。这种偏好的形成既有CEO个人先天特质,也受外部环境的影响。女性、保有薪酬优势和名誉感在很大程度上决定着CEO未雨绸缪战略的选择。同时,受CEO后天形成的管理能力和水平、是否新官上任以及企业性质不同因素的影响,企业风险规避战略选择也会存在显著差异。文章回归了衍生产品的风险管理本质,为理解与解释中国企业使用金融衍生产品规避风险的微观行为提供了理论依据。
