尽管谏言员工是组织效能的重要贡献者,它所具有的挑战性及结果的不确定性也会使得领导者作出消极反应(即领导拒谏)。本研究基于动机社会认知视角构建了领导拒谏的动机社会认知模型,详细阐释了认知动机、存在动机和意识形态动机对领导拒谏的影响,并从个体特质和情境因素两个方面探讨了三种动机的驱动因素。最后,本研究对未来研究方向进行了展望,如通过实证研究探讨动机认知因素在个性特征和情境因素与领导拒谏之间的中介作用,探索其他动机因素对领导拒谏的影响,以及个性特征和情境因素对动机认知的交互作用,从其他理论视角来探讨领导拒谏的影响因素等。
