管理者心理韧性反映了管理者具备战胜困难的自信和从逆境中恢复反弹的调整力。该特质能否影响企业的创新绩效呢?本文以2007—2018年沪深A股上市公司为样本,利用新兴视频测量技术获取管理者心理韧性数据,系统探讨和检验了管理者心理韧性对企业创新绩效的影响及其作用机理。研究发现,管理者心理韧性能够有效地提升企业的创新绩效。而且,在业绩下滑和行业竞争激烈的情境下,管理者心理韧性对企业创新绩效的促进作用更加明显。进一步的研究表明,管理者心理韧性能够促使企业增加研发投入和改善管理层短视的问题,从而提升企业的创新绩效。本研究结论拓展了企业创新绩效的影响因素以及管理者心理韧性经济后果的相关研究,也为企业创新人才的培养和选拔提供了新的经验证据。
