1010文章基于协定文本覆盖、法律约束力及具体条款深化形式三个方面重构数字贸易规则指标评价体系，结合2000—2018年65个经济体19个细分服务行业数据，检验了数字贸易规则深度对服务业价值链关联的影响。结果表明，数字贸易规则深度的提升能显著促进服务业价值链关联，该结论在一系列稳健性检验后仍成立；机制检验显示，数字贸易规则深度通过对制度距离相近的经济体产生规制融合效应、降低交易成本以及提高生产率成为提高经济体间服务业价值链关联的重要驱动力。文章还从国别、行业、条款、价值链四个视角检验了数字贸易规则深度对服务业价值链关联的异质性影响，并进一步以中国为视角检验了数字贸易规则深度对中外服务业价值链关联的影响。因此，中国需根据不同经济体和条款构建差异化的数字贸易规则谈判策略，通过缔结更高标准的数字贸易规则增强中国与贸易伙伴的价值链韧性。
