分布式领导概念内涵、角色关系辨析与未来研究展望

摘要
分布式领导是一个新兴的领导学研究领域。面对复杂多变的动态环境,分布式领导是优化组织决策、促进知识员工参与管理的重要领导模式。本文对分布式领导概念的数量观定义和动态互动观定义进行了归纳,比较了两者的优缺点,并整合了分布式领导概念,厘清了理解该概念的一些误区,最后分析了分布式领导网络随着任务变化和时间推移所体现出来的相对集中和螺旋形演变的特点。
