基于利他主义视角的家族企业代理问题与代际传承研究

摘要
家族利他主义构成了家族企业的一个重要特点。本文认为,家族企业中的利他主义不仅涉及代理问题,而且还影响代际传承。企业主若能区分单向与双向利他主义,致力于构建家族企业的道德价值观,就不但能够减少代理成本,而且还有助于"子承父业"的代际传承模式取得成功。
