国外企业战略变革理论与经验研究综述

摘要
本文首先通过构建理论模型分别从理性、学习和认知三个视角对现有企业战略变革理论与经验研究文献进行了述评,然后从理论模型和研究方法两方面分析了现有企业战略变革研究存在的不足,并指出了企业战略变革的未来研究方向。
